The Exchange #18 Communication in Practice
On Monday 23 February 2026, NTB will be hosting workshop #18 Communication in Practice at the office of Studio SAAR, Silk Mill Studios, Frome.
This time we will be joined by Alice Caudle from Alice Caudle Parenting, who will share her knowledge of effective communicating and active listening as a way to build trust, connect with people in meaningful ways and communicate effectively. In this session, Alice will show us how the same principles she uses in her work can be applied by design professionals to strengthen client relationships and improve their practice.
Alice’s season will be followed by a workshop inviting reflection on the last year of practice – business challenges and successes and aspirations for the year to come. This is a chance to listen, reflect, and learn from each other’s experience whilst also gaining skills to help you connect more effectively with clients and collaborators.
