The Exchange #18 Stronger Connections, Stronger Business!
On Monday 23 February 2026, NTB will be hosting workshop #18 Stronger Connections, Stonger Business! At the Studio Saars Office at Silk Mill Studios in Frome.
This time we will be joined by Alice Caudle from Alice Caudle Parenting, whose will share using her experience as a doula the art of active listening to build trust and connecting with people in meaningful ways. In this session, Alice will show us how the same principles she uses in her work can be applied by design professionals business to strengthen client relationships and improve their business.
After learning these skills from Alice, participants will practice them in an interactive workshop, using their own business challenges and successes from the past year and aspirations for next year as the focus. This is a chance to listen, reflect, and learn from each others experience whilst also gaining skills to help you connect more effectively with clients and collaborators.
