B&NES LANDLORD FORUMS

With new regulations now in place, landlords in B&NES are invited to attend our FREE B&NES Landlord Forums.

Join us to understand what the changes mean for you and your properties, and receive clear, practical, impartial advice on how to respond effectively.

These forums are a one-stop shop for landlords, bringing together B&NES Council, Retrofit West CIC, and local building and construction professionals offering independent retrofit guidance.

What To Expect

This forum will run for 2 hours, starting with a 40 minute briefing, followed by optional networking and access to expert drop-in clinics. Free refreshments and snacks will be available throughout the event.

Landlords attending will:

  • Hear from B&NES Council on current and upcoming regulations, and the support available to landlords
  • Hear from Retrofit West on practical, cost-aware ways to improve your property’s energy performance
  • Access several one-to-one drop-in clinics with local retrofit professionals — including architects, heritage & conservation specialists, structural engineers, and M&E engineers — for tailored advice on your property.

Landlord Retrofit Guide

To complement the forum sessions, Neighbourhood Toolbox has developed the Landlord Retrofit Guide to support landlords in improving the energy performance of their properties. The guide provides a clear, practical framework to help landlords understand their responsibilities, identify and prioritise retrofit improvements, and create safe, comfortable, and energy-efficient homes for their tenants.
